To get started, you and your DovetailED Recruiter will customize 4-5 interview questions. Candidates record their video responses at their convenience, freeing up your schedule and allowing you to focus on other important tasks. Predictive Talent Assessment

Our Predictive Talent Assessment provides multiple insightful reports from a single assessment. After receiving an invitation to complete the assessment by email, candidates answer the multiple-choice questions from any device. The talent assessment solution measures and scores against 138 competencies and takes between 15 and 25 minutes to complete. The assessment shares:

  • Overall fit score based on the individual’s capacity to succeed in a specific role;

  • Percentile score for each of the job competencies that make up your job profile;

  • Overview of how the candidate scores against other job profiles; and,

  • Insight into which attributes and competencies appear as strengths of the individual along with areas for development.
