This role oversees all accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, cash management, tax compliance, general ledger entries, and payroll. The CFO works closely with members of the Board of Trustees and attends meetings throughout the year to provide full, accurate, and timely financial and management information in support of the Board’s fiduciary responsibilities. The CFO attends all finance committee meetings, as well as ad hoc committee meetings related to finance or compensation.

The Director of Annual Giving and Engagement reports directly to the Director of Advancement. This position is charged with managing Millbrook’s Annual Fund program that will help increase participation and fundraising dollars for the school. This role will lead the Annual Fund (digital and print marketing, leadership of Annual Fund giving, and the Sixth Form Gift initiative) as we look to increase overall fundraising to $3M+ each year.
